Terms and conditions

Last updated: October 13, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using IPTVplayr ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Service.

2. Service description

IPTVplayr is a media player application designed to play M3U playlists and Xtream Codes streams. We provide only the player software and do not host, distribute, or provide any content whatsoever.

Important: IPTVplayr does not provide IPTV subscriptions, channels, streams, or any media content. Users must provide their own legal IPTV subscription or M3U playlist from third-party providers.

The Service includes optional features such as share links, which let you grant another person time-limited access to a single channel, movie, or episode from your own playlist; Drive Mode, a Beta feature that keeps playback running while a vehicle is in motion so passengers can continue watching; and a Live sports row, which lists sports events reported to be on television at the moment by a third-party listings service, together with the channel of your own playlist that is reported to show each one. These features are provided under the conditions set out in these Terms.

3. User responsibilities

You agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for obtaining legal access to any IPTV content you stream through our Service
  • You have the legal right to access and stream all content you use with IPTVplayr
  • You will not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • You will not use the Service to access pirated, stolen, or illegally distributed content
  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
  • You are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to use the Service
  • If you enable Drive Mode, you will ensure it is used by passengers only. The driver must never watch or operate the player while the vehicle is moving, and you will comply with all local laws on in-car screens
  • If you create share links, you are responsible for the content you share and for the recipient's use of it. You will only share content you have the legal right to access and share

4. Limitation of liability

IPTVplayr is not liable for:

  • Any content accessed, streamed, or distributed through the Service
  • Copyright infringement or intellectual property violations committed by users
  • Legal actions, fines, or penalties resulting from user's content access
  • Quality, availability, or legality of third-party IPTV services
  • Data loss, service interruption, or technical issues
  • Any damages arising from use or inability to use the Service
  • Use of Drive Mode by a driver, or any accident, injury, damage, fine, or violation resulting from watching video while driving
  • Content accessed by third parties through share links created by users
  • The accuracy or completeness of the sports listings shown in the Live sports row, or an event not being shown on the channel the row names

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

5. Copyright, infringement notices, and repeat infringers

Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have proper licenses and permissions for all content they access through the Service.

Notice and action. If you are a rights holder, or an agent of one, and you believe the Service is being used to infringe your copyrighted work, send a notice to our contact email () identifying the work, the material or link concerned, and your contact details, together with a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by you or the law. We review notices promptly and, where a notice is valid, we disable the share links concerned, terminate the account involved, or both.

Repeat infringers. We terminate, without refund, the accounts of users who are the subject of repeated valid infringement notices, and we may block playlist sources reported to us as unlawful.

We do not monitor what users watch, and encrypted playlist data is not readable by us, so notices from rights holders are our primary way of learning about misuse. We cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities.

6. No content hosting or distribution

IPTVplayr does not:

  • Host any media content on our servers
  • Store or cache user's streaming content
  • Distribute, sell, or provide IPTV subscriptions
  • Maintain or control third-party IPTV providers
  • Have any relationship with content providers used by our users

We merely provide a software interface that allows users to play their own legally obtained playlists.

7. Privacy and data

We collect minimal user data for authentication purposes only. Your M3U URLs and Xtream Codes credentials are encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption before being stored in our database. This means no one, including our team, can access or read your playlist data. We also store a session identifier and the IP addresses your devices connect from, used for authentication, abuse prevention, and enforcing session limits. Your data is never shared with third parties, and we do not track or log what content you watch.

Share links never expose your credentials or playlist. A link grants access only to the single channel, movie, or episode you chose to share, and only until it expires or you revoke it.

8. Subscription and payment

IPTVplayr offers a 30-minute free trial, after which you can choose between two pricing options: $3 for 30 days of access or $30 for 365 days of access (yearly plan). Both prices are in US dollars. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank converts the amount and may add its own fee.

You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, or Amazon Pay through Stripe, or in cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC, and 100+ other cryptocurrencies) through NOWPayments. The methods Stripe offers depend on your country and browser. Card details are entered on Stripe's payment page, not on ours. IPTVplayr never sees or stores your card number or any other card details, and we do not keep a card on file. Card payments appear on your statement as PLAYR.

Each payment grants you access for the chosen period (30 days for monthly, 365 days for yearly). You will need to make a new payment before your current period expires to maintain access. This is a pay-as-you-go model with no automatic renewals or recurring charges.

Periods add up. If you pay again while a period is still running, the new period starts when the current one ends, so the days are added to the time you already have and nothing is lost by paying early.

A Stripe payment page stays valid for about 30 minutes. If you leave it open longer, it expires without charging you and you can start a new one from the app.

9. Refund policy

Card payments. Payments made by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. To request a refund, write to our contact email () with the date and amount of the payment. The refund goes back to the card you paid with, and it ends the access period that payment bought.

If something is wrong with a card payment, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer. A refund from us is faster than a chargeback. While a dispute is open, the access bought with the disputed payment is suspended.

Cryptocurrency payments. Cryptocurrency payments are final. A transaction cannot be reversed on the blockchain, so we cannot refund it. Please use the free trial to make sure the service works with your playlist before paying in cryptocurrency.

No refund covers third-party IPTV services. Your IPTV subscription is a separate arrangement with your provider, and we do not sell, resell, or refund it.

10. Prohibited use

You may not use IPTVplayr to:

  • Access pirated or illegally distributed content
  • Violate copyright laws or intellectual property rights
  • Resell or redistribute the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software
  • Use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization
  • Attempt to bypass payment or authentication systems
  • Watch video as the driver of a moving vehicle
  • Use share links to redistribute content publicly or commercially

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Features labeled Beta, such as Drive Mode, are under active development and may change, misbehave, or be withdrawn at any time.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IPTVplayr, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights, including copyright or intellectual property rights
  • Your access to illegal or unauthorized content

14. Geographic restrictions

The Service is available worldwide, but you are responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations regarding IPTV and streaming content in your jurisdiction.

15. Third-party services

IPTVplayr may integrate with third-party services, such as TMDB for movie and series details and TheSportsDB for sports television listings. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of these third-party services.

Sports listings are fetched by our servers and are the same for every user. Nothing about you, your playlist, or your channels is sent to the listings service, and a listed event is matched to a channel of your playlist on your own device. To name the channel showing an event, the Service may also read the programme guide your own IPTV provider publishes for the channels of your playlist, through your own subscription, as a player does when it shows what is on. That guide is read only for channels of your playlist, only while an event is on, and is not shared with anyone.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

17. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

19. Contact information

For questions about these Terms, please contact us through our support channels. Copyright and abuse notices go to our contact email: .
